Heat Pack - For Castor Oil Wrap

The perfect companion for your castor oil wrap!

Our heat packs have been designed to fit inside the zip pocket of our Castor Oil waist wrap (Waist wrap sold separately).

Measurements and Materials:

• Size: 15cm x 15cm
• Filling: Australian-grown lupin seeds
• Cover: 100% cotton

Heating Instructions:

Oven Heating:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Once the oven reaches temperature, turn it off.
3. Place the heat pack on a baking tray and allow it to warm in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
4. Carefully remove from the oven with a tea towel.

Microwave Heating:

1. Place the heat pack in the microwave and heat for 60 seconds.
2. Carefully remove from the microwave with a tea towel and shake to distribute the heat evenly.
3. If additional heat is needed, microwave in 20-second intervals to achieve the desired temperature.

This is a general guide; heating times may need adjustment based on your oven or microwave wattage. Please handle your heat pack with care.
