Our heat packs have been designed to fit inside the zip pocket of our Castor Oil waist wrap (Waist wrap sold separately).

Heating Instructions:
Oven Heating:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Once the oven reaches temperature, turn it off.
- Place the heat pack on a baking tray and allow it to warm in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven with a tea towel.
Microwave Heating:
- Place the heat pack in the microwave and heat for 60 seconds.
- Carefully remove from the microwave with a tea towel and shake to distribute the heat evenly.
- If additional heat is needed, microwave in 20-second intervals to achieve the desired temperature.
This is a general guide; heating times may need adjustment based on your oven or microwave wattage. Please handle your heat pack with care.
